Job Description

As part of a strategic partnership with one of our key clients, we are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a dedicated team working on an exciting project. If you’re a SAP SuccessFactors expert looking for new challenges in an innovative environment, this position is perfect for you!

Mission Details:

  • Contract Type: Long-term freelance
  • Availability: Full-time position
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Location: 100% remote
  • Project context: Provide maintenance and evolution support for the following SAP SuccessFactors modules in a global environment: Employee Central, PMGM (Performance & Goals Management), Succession Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Data Migration.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Specialization in AMS (Corrective & Evolutionary Maintenance) for SAP SuccessFactors modules: (Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Succession Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Data Migration).
  • Significant experience with Compensation & Variable Pay modules.
  • Excellent communication skills.
