Position Description

This end-of-studies internship is part of an advanced professionalization approach of the Human Resources function, through the digitalization of recruitment processes. It aims to immerse the intern in a real, structured, and performance-oriented HR environment, while contributing to a strategic, high value-added project: the implementation and optimization of an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing recruitment processes.
• Actively contribute to the configuration and optimization of the ATS.
• Monitor applications and structure HR data.
• Participate in sourcing, pre-screening, and candidate follow-up activities.
• Define and monitor HR KPIs.
• Propose improvement areas for processes and tools.

Profile

• Final-year student (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Bac+4 / Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
• Strong interest in HR process digitalization and HRIS tools, especially ATS.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing/candidate tracking challenges.
• Comfortable with digital tools and IT environments.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work on a structuring project.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow in a demanding, performance-oriented environment.
