Position Description

As part of our growth, we are offering a Summer Internship for an HR Assistant.

You will be at the heart of the recruitment process, working directly with candidates and clients. This is a great opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of IT sourcing and talent acquisition!

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing recruitment processes.
• Actively contribute to the configuration and optimization of the ATS.
• Monitor applications and structure HR data.
• Participate in sourcing, pre-screening, and candidate follow-up activities.
• Define and monitor HR KPIs.
• Propose improvement areas for processes and tools.

Profile

• Current student in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR process digitalization and HRIS tools, especially ATS.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing/candidate tracking challenges.
• Comfortable with digital tools and IT environments.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow in a demanding, performance-oriented environment.
