Senior SAP FI & SAP CO Consultants | S/4HANA Rollouts
Job Description
Experts Refuge is looking for Senior SAP FI and SAP CO Consultants to support a major client on international S/4HANA rollout projects.
These assignments are part of a progressive group-wide deployment programme covering approximately 20,000 users.
We have two distinct opportunities, in Finance and Controlling, for consultants with proven implementation and rollout experience, able to support local business teams while maintaining alignment with the group template.
Fluency in English and availability for international travel are required.
Open positions
SAP FI / Finance Consultant
Project experience: At least 1 full-lifecycle SAP Finance/Controlling implementation and 1 SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout
We are looking for a consultant with in-depth knowledge of SAP Finance and its integration with Controlling, including:
● General Ledger and New GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting
● Closing and fast-close processes
● Integration with Logistics and HCM
● Migration of FI open items and master data using standard SAP tools
Experience conducting Explore / Fit-to-template workshops and translating business requirements into appropriate S/4HANA Finance solutions is required.
SAP CO / Controlling Consultant
Experience: At least 5 years of SAP project experience
Project background: At least 1 full-lifecycle SAP implementation and 1 S/4HANA rollout
We are looking for a consultant with strong expertise in SAP Controlling, including:
● Organisational structures and master data
● Cost element accounting, cost centre and profit centre accounting
● Product costing and profitability analysis
● Internal orders
● Integration with other core SAP modules and migration of Controlling master data and transactional objects
Experience conducting Explore / Fit-to-template workshops and proposing solutions aligned with business requirements and the group template is required.

● Duration: 6–12 months, depending on the project
● Context: International S/4HANA rollouts

● Travel: Mandatory international travel to rollout countries, with the schedule to be confirmed for each assignment

Profile
We are looking for experienced consultants with strong functional expertise and a thorough understanding of Finance or Controlling business processes.
You should be comfortable working with business stakeholders, addressing cross-module integration requirements and supporting data migration using standard SAP tools.
Strong communication skills and assertiveness are essential. You will act as a “Template Defender”, helping local teams address their requirements while preserving the consistency of the group solution.
