As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

Working closely with our team and managing your own projects autonomously, you will be responsible for:

  • Identify and qualify IT and SAP profiles through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Write and publish job descriptions, conduct interviews (screenings and technical evaluations with support from our consultants), and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Understand recruitment needs, define acquisition strategies, and provide regular follow-up and reporting.
  • Maintain recruitment tools (ATS, dashboards) and generate performance reports.
  • Stay up to date with IT recruitment trends and suggest improvements to our internal processes.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of successful experience in IT recruitment (experience in a recruitment agency or IT services company is a plus).
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a sense of initiative and autonomy.
  • Fluent in French; professional English is a plus.
