Senior SAP Consultant (FICO)

As part of a strategic partnership with one of our clients, we are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA.

Job Details:

• Contract type: Freelance
• Availability: Full-time position
• Required experience: Minimum of 10 years
• Location: Remote
• Project context: Participated in a SAP merge project, involving data migration, functional configuration, and facilitating analytical workshops directly with the client in the Energy and Industrial Services sector.

Your main responsibilities:

• Leading design workshops with functional teams.
• Implementing and configuring SAP FI and CO modules to align with business requirements.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping financial processes for S/4HANA.
• Configuring SAP FI/CO based on business needs and industry best practices.
• Conducting tests (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure system functionality.
• Leading a team of experienced consultants as Team Lead.
• Work independently with clients and lead workshops autonomously.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in the SAP FICO module.
• Proven experience in S4/HANA implementation and migration.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and capable of leading a functional team as Team Lead.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French to work with technical and business teams, bridging functional needs with SAP solutions.
