Role Description

As part of our growth, we are offering a pre-hire internship for an IT Recruitment Assistant.
You will be at the heart of the recruitment process, working directly with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify top IT profiles across job boards and professional networks.
  • Contact and pre-screen candidates (phone and video interviews).
  • Draft and publish engaging job ads.
  • Update and maintain our candidate database (ATS).
  • Reformat and tailor CVs to each client’s required template to ensure a professional, consistent presentation.
  • Manage candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes and recruitment tools.

Profile

  • Final-year student (HR, management, business school, or equivalent).
  • Strong motivation to learn IT recruitment.
  • Good command of French and English, written and spoken.
  • People-oriented, well-organized, and autonomous.
  • Proficient with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Internship Details

  • Type: Paid pre-hire internship with the prospect of a permanent contract (CDI) upon successful completion.
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months.
  • Location: Casablanca (2 remote days per week).
