3 Experienced Tech Profiles Wanted – Engineering, Data & IT Architecture
Job Description
As part of several ongoing requirements, Experts Refuge is looking for three experienced Tech professionals to work on challenging Engineering, Data and IT Architecture environments.
The following profiles are currently required:
Engineering Manager / Tech Lead / Hands-On Software Architect
We are looking for a professional with at least 6 years of experience, including strong exposure to distributed systems and Event-Driven Architecture.
Industry: Retail / MarTech
Start date: October 2026
Duration: 5 – 6 months, until end of March / April 2027
Work mode: Fully Remote
Key technology environment:
- Java / Spring Boot / PostgreSQL
- CI/CD and Trunk Based Development
- AWS / Kafka
- APIs, Events and Batch
- Orchestration / Choreography
- MuleSoft or another iPaaS solution
- Terraform
The assignment includes mapping the current architecture and tooling around the Marketing & Membership landscape and conducting a technical discovery to identify target scenarios, migration plans and technology or vendor options.
Tech Lead Data
We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead Data with at least 10 years of experience.
Work mode: travel to the client’s premises in Rabat will be required.

- Apache NiFi
- Spark
- Airflow
- MinIO
- Dremio
- dbt
- Grafana
- Prometheus
- OpenMetadata or equivalent
Further assignment details will be shared with candidates whose experience matches the requirement.
IT Architect / IT Architecture Lead
We are also looking for an IT Architect / IT Architecture Lead with a Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and at least 7 years of professional experience, including significant experience in IT architecture or architecture expertise.
