Job Description

As part of a strategic partnership with one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior SAP Manufacturing Consultant with Fashion/Retail industry experience to join an exciting project. If you are an experienced SAP Manufacturing expert seeking new challenges in a dynamic and innovative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Details:

  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Availability: Full-time position
  • Required experience: Minimum of 10 years
  • Location: Hybrid
  • Project context: As part of a transformation program, an SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing deployment project is underway to modernize production workshops.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and qualify proposed solutions and alternatives for business requests raised by functional domains, identifying gaps or enhancements to maintain a stable, standardized core model.
  • Organize gap reviews and lead solution validation activities.
  • Collaborate with ongoing projects and initiatives affecting the SAP solution, acting as the first point of contact to assess impacts on the core model.
  • Maintain a standard solution by limiting custom developments, promoting a clean core approach.
  • Prepare solution arbitration documents and facilitate Solution Control Board sessions.
  • Additionally, the Manufacturing Expert:
  • Monitor technological trends (BTP, automation, enhanced integration, reporting tools, SAP innovations) and propose forward-thinking improvements.
  • Work closely with the testing team to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Partner with the SAP Technical team to evaluate and validate technical solutions and ensure long-term sustainability of the SAP landscape.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in SAP Manufacturing under Retail Fashion vertical, with consistent experience in: (PLM to SAP integration, production planning and execution, subcontracting, product costing) acquired through 3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Co-construction & collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent pedagogy & facilitation skills (both written & oral).
  • Excellent command of French and fluent English, both spoken and written.

  • PLM integration
